FAQs

Buying Tickets

  • I’m trying to order multiple tickets but it keeps saying there is just 1 in my basket, no matter what I write in the quantity box.
You need to press ‘Update Basket’ before you press continue

  • I want to decrease the number of tickets in my basket but it keeps reverting to the original figure
You need to change the number then press ‘update basket’ before pressing ‘continue’

  • It keeps telling me my birthday is wrong!
This has to be written in the ‘American’ format i.e. Month/Day/Year

  • I haven’t received any tickets
This is an electronic system, we do not send out hard tickets. Instead you will receive a confirmation e-mail from shop@cantaloupegroup.co.uk and one from confirmation@securetrading.com

  • I haven’t received my confirmation e-mail
It may have gone into your junk mail folder. Check there and you still can't find it e-mail shop@cantaloupegroup.co.uk and we'll be able to help you

  • Can I come down to the venue at any time before the event and buy tickets?
All pre-sales are done on-line; we do not sell any tickets in advance from the venue.

  • Do I have to buy advance tickets or will they be available on the door?
Unless the event is sold out, as would be displayed on the website listings, there usually are tickets available on the door, but buying in advance ensures an easy entrance to the event.

  • I don’t want to come to the show any more but I bought tickets. How can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds unless the event has been cancelled or there is a major change to the line-up, in which case contact shop@cantaloupegroup.co.uk and we will be able to arrange a refund.

  • What will happen if I forget my confirmation form and my card? We will have your name on the door.
Provided you have some form of I.D. there shouldn’t be too much of a problem

  • Why are advance tickets more expensive than on the door/early arrival tickets?
Advanced tickets are sometimes more expensive as they guarantee entry, if you chance it you may not get a ticket and therefore you may end up queuing and potentially not getting in. Some promotions like to run a deal for early arrival to fill the venue early on.

  • Do I have to pay the booking fee?
Yes! The only way to avoid paying the booking fee is to pay on the door, which means you have no guarantee of entrance.
